We have been involved in several projects to create new R&D infrastructure during our careers. This has given us in-depth knowledge of how to approach an infrastructure project both by modifying an existing facility and from a green field situation. We can support the organizations’ internal project team with inputs and also introduce leading design and architecture and project management professionals to them. From the user perspective, we can help carry out audits to ascertain if the created infrastructure meets all the requirements as envisaged in the project objectives.
