It is then followed by creation of a “Criteria for Vendor Selection” document, which gets signed off by the client. Potential vendors are then shortlisted based on the vast network of InnovaSMART^® team and evaluated as per the Criteria defined, agreed and signed off with the client. Subsequent meetings, site visits and collection of various relevant information about the potential vendor will enable client to make an informed decision.
